The paper must be in English, limited to 6 pages including references, and follow the IEEE conference format. The template is available on the conference website: https://edu.ieee.org/. Submissions are managed via Microsoft CMT and will undergo a plagiarism check. The manuscript should not include embedded links, scanned images, headers, or footers.
About the Conference

Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE)
Founded in 2001, the EEE Department focuses on power generation, transmission, and distribution. With a comprehensive B.E. program, NBA accreditation, and research center status from Anna University, the department has produced 15 Ph.D. graduates. EEE students gain expertise in power systems, automation, renewable energy, and microcontroller programming. The department’s active clubs and strong industry ties with companies like Schneider, TCS, and Caterpillar ensure excellent placement opportunities across sectors such as energy, robotics, and telecommunications

About the Department
Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)
Established in 1998, the ECE Department nurtures future engineers with a strong foundation in academic excellence, ethics, and leadership. Offering a 4-year B.E. and a 2-year M.E. in Applied Electronics, the department boasts NBA accreditation and recognition as a research center by Anna University, producing 24 Ph.D. scholars. ECE alumni excel globally, with many advancing to prestigious institutions and industries. With a dedicated faculty, the department fosters a balanced blend of theory, practical skills, and research. To enhance the student’s knowledge we offer three clubs: ASTRONOMY, UHV AND STANDARD.
Conference Registration Policies
- Online presentations are allowed for participants whomake a prior request.
- Registration fees include conference banquet, proceedings, lunch and other registration materials.
- Registration fee is not refundable and also does not include accommodation.
- At least one of the authors of accepted paper should register for the conference.
- After receiving the acceptance intimation, the registration fee should be paid to the bank a/c details provided through any payment method
